What kind of photo works best for a custom print?
High-contrast photos taken in good natural light with clear subject outlines work best. For pets and portraits, front-facing or 3/4 angle shots without heavy shadows yield the sharpest 3D depth.
Do I get to preview the 3D model before you print it?
Yes! For all custom requests, our design studio prepares a 360° interactive digital render or multi-angle proof within 12 hours. We do not start printing until you give explicit approval.
Can I request revisions to the 3D preview?
Absolutely. Every custom request includes up to two rounds of design revisions (color adjustments, text tweaks, scaling) at no additional charge.

Standard catalog items ship within 48 hours. Custom requests typically require 12 hours for digital proof approval and 2 business days for precision printing and inspection.
How is the item packaged?
Every object is packaged in heavy-gauge gift-ready boxes with custom form-fitting high-density foam inserts, tissue paper, and your personalized inscription card.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We guarantee 100% arrival integrity. If your print is damaged during transit, simply send a photo within 48 hours and we will rush a free replacement immediately.
